DMCA Policy

Printify Coupon is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws. This policy outlines the procedures for copyright holders to notify us of alleged infringement and for users to submit a counter-notification if their content has been removed due to a DMCA notice.

Filing a DMCA Infringement Notification

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on the Printify Coupon website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a written DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent. For your notice to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Printify Coupon to locate the material (e.g., the URL(s) of the infringing material).
  4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If your content was removed by Printify Coupon in response to a DMCA takedown notice, and you believe that the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated Copyright Agent. For your counter-notification to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which Printify Coupon may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
